I became an uncle for the third time this morning at 8:13 AM.  My new niece weighted 7 pounds 13 ounces and was 20 inches long.  I haven't seen her yet.  She was delivered via C-section since she was breach.  My sister-in-law was due later this week or next week but being breach they decided the C-section was better.  Hopefully I will be able to see her unlike my other two nieces I usually only see during Christmas or in passing at a store.  

My stepfathers father had a heart attack on saturday.  He is currently living in nursing home and none of the staff seemed to notice.  he was taken to the hospital yesterday (sunday)  and wasn't expected to make it past 7pm.  My mother and stepfather came home at 3 AM and said he was still hanging on.  I wonder if thats because it is one of my stepbrothers birthdays and doesn't want die on his day.  The family decided to lower the O2 level and take him off some of the drugs. and put him on a Morphine drip.  His lungs are full of fluid and there is fluid around his heart.  It really sucks.  It brings back memories of watching my uncle die when

I plan on getting sloshed tonight.  I worked a 10 hour day of overtime for the moving service departmnet on campus.  I knew it was going to be a bad day when one of the trucks wouldn't start.  We were hauling furniture, wooden pallets and other misc. material out of the libraby basement.  Alot of the stuff was still in good condition and some never even used and instead of donating it or selling cheaply to schools or other institutions in need of items they throw them out and its not cheap ass stuff you get at a discount store.  Since most of the stuff was being thrown out they used the dump trucks rather then the box trucks for normal moves.
